I'm Hjalmar Lundmark, a ex-student at TE4 Umeå, where I studied web development and programming, now looking for work in software development.
Born and raised in Robertsfors, outside Umeå.

• Intinor configurator

  Private Github repo
  Me and a group of classmates have spent 11 weeks at an internship at Intinor, a company producing video streaming equipment. We got an assignment to create a configurator for their products. The use-case is for sellers and customers to input their demands and receive a recommendation consisting of a product usually with some added upgrades necessary to the requirements.
  Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js.

  

• Weather site - Darth Väder

  A website taking an API from OpenWeather and uses it to get weather and temperature data of where the user is located.

• Playlist age analyzer

  Github repo
  A simple page for analyzing a spotify playlist. Input the URL to a public playlist and get some information about the ages and decades of its songs. Uses Spotify API. Also exists as a extension for Firefox.
  Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, using an API, creating a browser extension.

  

• Guess Who

  Github repo
  A singleplayer webgame where the user gets to guess which of the characters the computer has chosen. The computer filters out available characters based on the user's questions. Contains a few different character sets from mainly videogames and media. Made as a group assignment with four classmates. Database is handled using Supabase, a free cloud service with an built-in API.

• Halloween javascript game

  A game built with javascript and canvas themed around halloween. The game is a so-called 'Twinsticks shooter' where you can move the character around the screen and shoot in any direction. The goal is to get as many points as possible while surviving increasing amounts of enemies.

• Webshop for animal clothing

  Assingment to create a webshop frontend and a backend to use as an API which is taking info from a database.

• Map quiz

  A small webgame where the user gets to guess what satellite image is corresponding to the shown image. Me and a classmate made it as a demo during a one-day hackathon with the theme maps.

• Food planning app - API / backend

  I made the backend for a food planning app, with Node.js, Express.js and Prisma.js for database connections. This was a group assignment where I was alone on the backend and had 5 classmates on the frontend. Unfortunately we never finished the frontend so there's no page to show.
